Family's at home

So we were going to stay at the hospital until Saturday morning, but it seems that Halifax has had a run on baby production over the full moon in the last few days, so we were asked if we felt to be ready, that we could go home.

Seriously, who feels ready to take their first child home? Especially when she comes early!

So we packed up and headed for new horizons. That being the other side of the harbour in Dartmouth.









All tucked in tight.

Maria seemed big to me at first but really is so small. newborn clothes are even big on her! Emily wanted to do cloth diapers, but we'll wait alittle for that as they would still be way to big on her.

So now we are trying to get the house organised and get Maria's stuff in place. Not that she's got alot of stuff.........yet...
