My first blog entry.....'la blawge' as they say in the maritime dialect of 'franglais'......what to say.... hmmmm....

Emily thinks I have a good imagination and can write stuff, so she's been bugging me to write. That and brother David thinks we don't update this often enough. However, little does she remember that I don't type fast, and it takes me all day just to try to email someone,..... oh, the curse of excessive imagination and the inability to focus on one thing at a time.....

.....87 words so far... good thing this isn't an essay...

so what do you write on a blog anyways? I don't have any kids with excessive creativity and wild imaginations, I can however relate to that kind of situation. maybe some of our readers can give me some ideas. I hope to post a video of my flying up here soon, as Emily and I just ordered a camcorder with my Airmiles. That should show all of you out there in our cyber-family, a little of what I do in a day at work.

All in all though, I thinks I needs some more good stories. Just last week I was telling 2 different captains that I was flying with some of my 'back in the day' travelling stories. Hey, maybe that can be a little sub-chapter in this blog.... I think I even kept a diary of some of my stories...why does it say 'Label for this post: e.g. scooters, vacation, fall' underneath what I'm writing......what does this have to do with scooters???? oh, back to the blog...

Well, Emily is bugging me to get off the computer, she's addicted to "facebook" and needs her fix, and she definitely forgot that I take too long to write anything...ha! sucka....let's see how long i can push it, well maybe not.

well, off to find my diary, and to put on my thinking touque....
