The other day I bought bike helmets for the girls, anxious to get out on the bikes and the fact that the store never seems to have them, so when they did I snatched them up.
Later that day when daddy got home I told Maria to show daddy her new bike helmet, Nicole wanted hers too, then Maria insisted daddy get his. Well, now that they all had their helmets on, Maria needed her bike, small problem, it's still very much winter out, the bike is buried under a tarp that is under frozen snow and ice...try to explain that to stubborn 2 yr old. All Maria heard from that explanation was outside, so she put on her boots and continued to repeat "bike". I finally told daddy to take her to the window to show her what we meant by buried under the snow...
Nicole wore her helmet for quite awhile too, she loves it!
So since she couldn't bike, she had to ride on daddy.
They also read stories...

Finally got a good picture of Nicole and her 2 teeth, that is right, 2 teeth!!
Not sure when I should start to worry about this no teeth thing??
LOL! We used to take the trikes into the basement for the winter so they could still ride!
ReplyDeleteAssure Maria though that Hadiya has almost the same predicament this year. She got a new bike for her birthday and its sitting in the basement waiting for spring so she can go out and ride. She needs a new helment too but there was not much stock in the stores yet, so she has to wait for that.
