Maria weighed 18lbs and measured 30" at her 8 month checkup. She has learned how to move around on her tummy with her arms. She also loves to travel in her crib, we never know which angle she'll be at in the morning.
Maria is also getting stronger on her legs but is still very far from walking. No teeth yet but maybe by 9 months!

We went to the neighbours yard sale and found
Maria a new toy. She is standing all by herself.
In other news, Martin closes on his investment project on Monday. A small fixer upper that is projected to give a great return! Needless to say, Martin will be very busy this summer. We hope to have the house back on the market by mid September.
As for me, well I have been fighting nausea and sleeping a lot....yes this means I'm pregnant and we are hoping to greet this new little one by January 24th. Everything is going great so far, looking forward to less nausea and more energy, another month or so.
God continues to bless us out here and we are truly thankful for all that He has given us!
