Maria just keeps growing! She weighed in at 13lbs at her 4 month checkup. I suppose that's a good thing....I look forward to her growing up, but it is fun playing baby games and I enjoy the fact that I now have a reason to act childish.
She has been a little moody since she got her shots this week, but there are still plenty of smiles and that 'are you going away again daddy?' looks when I leave for work. (at least that's what they look like to me!)
Saturday night bathtime, and the first discovery of 'knees'. Maria has learned to cross her feet and flick them apart, making a big, fun SPLASH!, and getting Mommy and Daddy all wet. You will also notice the new hairstyle we have decided to go with. I will have to get a nice picture with her mohawk all spiked up.
Here is a rare sight: Maria on her belly, with a smile. She really doesn't like tummy-time. I have a feeling she may be a bum-scootcher, and not a crawler.
Maria has beautiful happy eyes, I can hardly wait to hold her again. The count down is on.
